Thought I'd throw my 2 cents in since I was in the same boat as you back in May. I was getting ready to start my first Master-Cleanse and had NO CLUE how to come off of it and eat differently than what I had been. When I came off my MC, I was literally craving raw vegetables. And that's what I stuck with for a long time. I did another Master-Cleanse in July, but from May through mid-August I stuck to a mostly raw diet. I've started to slip back into some bad habits, and with the weather turning colder raw veggies are losing their appeal. I'm going to do another Master-Cleanse in a few weeks and see if that helps pull my mind back to where I need it to be.
I spent time on the Raw forum and got ideas and recipes.
