Re: ozone sauna & fiberglass outgassing

I have the longevity cabinet, but I purchased mine used so I never smelled any strong new fiberglass smell. This would seem to imply that the new smell odor will where off. I suppose you could just run the ozonator continuously in the cabinet for a long time to burn off the smell.

However, I do think the nasuousness that you are feeling is still common to beginning ozone sauna treatments. I had done other ozone protocols pretty regularly before doing ozone saunas. The first few times I did the ozone sauna, after I got out, I quite literally felt like I had the flu. Nasuous, coughing, etc. I've also done lots of steam and infrared saunas in my day, but experienced nothing like this.

The steam ozone sauna is one of the most powerful ways to detox and it does make you feel sick at first. If you still suspect the new smell of the cabinet as a problem, you might do what I said above. But if you are still having the symptoms, you might be able to turn down your ozonator until your body can adjust or spend even less time in the cabinet (slowly working your way up). 105 to 110 degrees is about right. You don't want it any hotter than that or the steam will just burn up most of the ozone.
