I have no trouble getting down the P&B shakes either, in fact, I have to admit I kind of like the taste of the psyllium. And the Bentonite and caproyl don't have much of a flavor. It is rather slimey though, maybe that's what you don't like, slimey things don't bother me, but I know they make some people gag.
Don't add juice. Maybe some stevia, or xylitol to sweeten it, and some other Sugar free flavor, like cinammon, or ginger? I don't know.
If those were candida threads I'll be quite jealous. I've been taking the shakes twice a day for 12 days now and have seen nothing, felt no change.
