Please reread Unyquity's post over and over. There are no quick fixes when it comes to detoxing and healing. It takes times and discipline. You must stop the self-defeating behavior of dealing with your misery-both physical and emotional-by eating junk. If you want to include things like Pop Tarts in your diet, then eat one as a meal or a snack, but don't gobble them down as a way to feel better; in the long run it will make you feel worse. Everything you do, both good and bad, is a choice you make. Until you choose to do what you must do to get healthy and stay healthy you will never get well.
