doctor said that I dont have any signs of yeast infection. So are there any visible signs to look for with a yeast infection?

I am not on any cleansing protocol. im just trying to eliminate a couple things at a time...last few days and next weeeks will/have been about no dairy or wheat or sweet sugary desserts.
