I used something like this it was called Instead,made of plastic. I used them quite a bit for awhile but cant find them now. They did get messy when in public but I think you can use your muscles to empty it and not have a problem. I guess what I did was force harder when I was peeing and it made it tip and empty or something and I wouldnt actually have to take it out until I got home and could really deal with it. Im sure it would work the same with these and yes I had sex with it in as well with no problems
