Thanks for the support - well, the two bags of ''only spinach'' that I used was in a Greek spinach pie with filo dough, feta cheese, etc. and cooked in the oven for about 40 or so.

However, being a vegetarian, I frequently, when I am too tired, buy those freaking bagged salads, i.e also that week, a spinach mix salad, twice - that was raw - however, I did wash them in a bowl of water with food grade H202 in the water (a couple of drops) hoping to really clean it.

I have an appointment today with the "'idiot docs (as I call them in traditional medicine - worthless jackasses) but at least they are necessary for a test, which is what I will get - I will have my throat swabed and tested to see what the heck I have.
