My wife recently asked what I had been doing as she stated my hair is thicker... I think the incoming gray has stalled some too (when I was taking BP medication AND an antidepressant a few years back my hair became thin and brittle).

My nails have improved considerably as well; nice strong and pink, pretty white on the ends (kinda looks like a dull version of a french manicure), ridges seem to be smoothing out.
