Regarding the back pain, are you sure you're drinking enough water? I've read that back pain during a fast/cleanse can be due to dehydration. For every 2 lemonades I drink 1 full glass of water(avg. glass holds @ 16ozs)and that's been working great for me - never had a hint of back pain. If you're already doing that try flooding your system with more water (while not decreasing your lemonade intake of course). Hope that helps!
