I really don't have a good recommendation and why I haven't mentioned it on the forum. For this reason, I'm still experimenting and contacted someone from India.

You can try 2 products that I used together to achieve better results. The only problem with this is that the combination amounts to about 50 herbs, which is a lot and somewhat risky. It is truly better to find a higher quality product with no more than 7-10 herbs in a combination. Again many mfgs use inferior ingredients.

If you still want to go for it, try Herbsforver.com parasite product. I tried this along with another product by Ejuva.com "Renew". I took 4 pills of each, 4 times a day for 14 days with a break for 1 week, then started the cycle again. One last thing, these pills are very, very bitter -- make sure you take them with something sweet like orange juice, maple syrup in water, or whatever. It will help keep the critters from scattering. Even if you decide to take meds, this is a good idea too.

BTW, I do highly recommend Ejuva's Renew for keeping the intestinal tract moving. It is a great product that will keep things moving up to 2-4 times per day, without cramping or gripping.
