Actually, Wormwood can be taken for longer periods BUT it must be used with breaks in between, along with some other things. In Asia, Wormwood has been used successfully (clinically documented!) for liver cancer as a treatment up to 2 years.

One point, if I remember correctly, you're also taking bloodroot and you've been taking high doses for a very long time. Wormwood and bloodroot can be very powerful, so you do need to be careful with what you're experimenting with.

Case in point, people have died from taking Echinacea as a tonic (ever day use) and died from it. This herb is pretty mild, but when misused it can be deadly. Why? Prolong use had an opposite effect and lowered their immune system to the point that there weren't able to fight off anything.

So, please be careful with your experiments, especially with those 2 herbs.
