Re: ozone and blurred vision?

Hello again. My opinion, as you may have gathered from previous posts, is that you've started too quickly. It is always recommended with ozone to start small and built up. Your body has built up toxins for many years and you can't expect to get rid of them all in a few days. I suggest you back way off (perhaps down to about one fourth of what you are doing now). I'm betting that things will start to return to normal. Your body is getting overwhelmed with try to dispose of all the garbage that ozone is burning up. The key is to go about this process slowly and build over a long period of time.

If you stick to it over a long period of time, the end result is that you will get to the point of acheiving a supreme health that most people will never experience. You won't have a medicine cabinate full of perscription meds when you're 65 like most people do.

At any rate, take it easy and go slower.
