As far as I understand from reading various articles on Ozone usage, you are not supposed to inhale the ozone as it can cause lung irritation/damage.

However, I did come across a man on Youtube who inhaled ozone for a few minutes each day and managed to reverse his cancer.

You can also look up Ozone doctors in your area and contact them for advice.
