lol... I STILL force myself to start...and I've been at it for a while on and off.
I'm gonna check Sunfood out...you never know what good information is lurking in a new book. Raw foods ARE good... and I stick mostly to fruits...and raw salads during transition...but occasionally I do have steamed or baked.
I haven't had any animal cadaver in a while...but have fond thoughts of burgers from fast-food establishments (there's no meat in them anyway...lol...just lots of delicious by-products, petroleum, sawdust).
Overeating is easy to do when you aren't paying attention due to upset. I fell into that for a long time. But fasting should let your stomach become smaller...then you will feel fuller, sooner, once you eat again.
