Today is end of day eight for me. :) yay! The highlight of my day was definitely meeting David Wolfe and going to a seminar of his. Awesome experience :D Also got his book, the sunfood diet.
This morning I attempted to drink a vegetable juice but I couldn't finish it because it had daikon (the taste was so strong! similar to a radish) - first time
juicing it.
So instead I had a spoonful of spirulina in water... :) I felt hungry a few times in the morning but that's only because I was feeling kind of bored (I wasn't hungry at all in the afternoon-evening).
When I got home I had a bit of aloe vera juice in water (I hope this helps with my acne!) - and a cup of St. John's Wort tea.
A little later I had a cup of green tea, and that was it for today.
I feel pretty good about this... I'm wondering whether or not I'll hold out for the entire 21 days. Regardless, I still need to lose 15 lbs at least :D Yay for fasting!
