Molly Bloom ???

I did order those books. The PDF's wouldn't save. The guy sent me a CD, I am waiting for it.

I still am really worried. What is the worst thing that can come out of this, (the deep cleaning)? I fear that she (the hygienist) may have done something wrong. My teeth still hurt from the vibration of just talking. I can't bite through even a piece of toast. I did start the oil pulling. So far, I haven't made it 20 minutes. But I am not giving up. I even have my husband doing it. And he was against it. He thought it would be gross. But he doesn't mind it since he tried it.

Also, what about tooth cleanings causing heart disease? How long after a cleaning before one would have symptoms to know if any bacteria went to their heart?

I am still so angry that she never even let me spit or rinse, even after I asked her to let me. She said NO. Told me to go home and rinse with salt water. I told her I live over an hour away. She didn't care. She made me swallow all that and the local anesthetic junk was pooled up in my mouth and I had to swallow that too. It was just horrible. Will I ever let it go? I don't usually hold grudges. Maybe once the pain goes away, I will try to forget about that day.
