You may try taking some Kelp Dampened with the Lime water and a small amount of the Blackstrap Molasses added to it, without the ACV or Lemon juice or Epsom salt, instead of the full drink for every drink in the day, for several times in the day to try to Help stop the scoots and see if you may Help your thyroid more !
You may add a small pinch of Good salt along with this to see if it may also Help you !
For you may have your sodium to potassium ratios out of order, and this may be adding to your scoots problem !
And the extra salt may help correct this some ?
The coconut oil may be causing your problem with your scoots also ?
So, you may try to do without it for a few days and see if it may be some of the problem ?
Taking too much oil of any kind may cause the body to become too Acidic which may cause you to get the scoots !
And this may mean only 1 Tablespoonful per day may cause this problem, when your Alkaline Mineral Reserves are Low !
Are you taking any Good Quality probiotics ?
Good cabbage and cauliflower are very good to eat!
I think you may be using too much oil for your condition !
