I had really bad dizziness a couple years ago, and my symptoms just started coming back over the past few weeks. Last time I had this problem, I had a CT-scan, and that's how they were able to figure out what was wrong (for me it was a really bad sinus infection that never cleared up). Maybe an x-ray would help determine what's wrong for you. If not, it could be related to your tooth.. sometimes that can cause dizziness if it's in just the right spot. In the meantime though, ginger is supposed to be good for dizziness. Hope you're feeling better soon! - Mel
