Re: Vertigo/dizziness - Your atlas (the tippity top bone in your spine)

Hi, I have, in the past, had a real problem with this. My doctor could find nothing wrong and suggested I take
that stuff (can't remember what it is called) that people take for motion sickness. I tried but it just made me sleepy.
I was so bad that I always felt that I had to throw up. One time in a swimming pool, I was doing a backward
summersault. It put me into vertigo and I couldn't tell which way was up or down. I just relaxed and naturally
floated to the top.

One day I mentioned the problem to my chiropractor. He said, "Oh, that's your atlas doing that." He realigned
it and the problem went away. Hope it works for you as well.
