I don't have ulcerative colitis, but I do have a very painful, unnamed bowel condition. It's a stabbing, burning, and twisting pain.. difficult to eat, alternating between very upset stomach and constipation - no blood in stool, but a very, great many foods cause my stomach and intestines to swell to a very painful degree.

Do you think the Vitamin E would help?
