I think I'll have to wait for my mental health to improve before I try any of this--it sounds a bit scary, and my 'brain fog' is just starting to lift enough that I even am getting ON the computer (I didn't check email or get on for almost 3 months).

So, I guess I'll just star the message and/or see if it is something I feel up to in a while.

That REALLY WAS what the error message said, with the funny amperstand and all. I haven't figured out what triggers it yet--but I'm pretty sure it is getting on and off the internet. I went back to the last 'restore point' the day before, and did that. The message hasn't appeared today YET.

When I get brave and 'better', I'll try it and post again.
