PERU has a very good point novice like my self anyway ludwicza what I’m going to do soon is do the whole beck protocol not just one device if you have tried the same maybe you should and do it for at lest twelve to sixteen weeks. I am going to practice the bob beck protocol for 24 weeks before I come to any conclusions and I am going to follow it to the T. this is why I am so diligent with my questions and research. For me (and I am only speaking for myself) it is not the truth I am looking for cause I have already made up my mind to invest time into the bob becks protocol. It is more about finding out as much as I can about the protocol from people who use it so that I can practice the most accurate procedure of the protocol from people who have used it
