The Sota MPG was never designed to kill infections. It was designed to be a lymph pulser to get the lymph flowing which has the end result of faster pain relief and reduced healing time for many ailments. If you want to kill pathogens then you need higher current and much faster pulse rates. Magnetic strength or gauss is not important when you want to kill pathogens in fact lower gauss works better.
