Lorim. What have you learned so far from your own research? I looked around for a bit, but the only thing I came up with that could do something like this is roundworm. The condition is trichinosis. They tend to snuggle up in the muscle tissue. But they will migrate through capilliaries. This may bring them up to the surface of the skin. Also, you may have a species which involves the skin--perhaps a mutation due to human tissue addaptation?
This is a very strange and interesting affliction. I would take a long bath in high concentration salt water. But you must be careful, and get medical treatment immediatly!
