This is an incredibly inexpensive and easy therapy that does wonders for your sinuses (swishing sesame or sunflower around you mouth for 15 minutes). Go to the descriptions and recommended messages. I know there are many in there regarding sinus problems. I myself had some major sinus issues cleared by pulling.

This will also help any acid or GERD you may be experiencing.

I would stop seeing any doctor who so easily prescribes Antibiotics ...and gives you some that don't work! That is so blatantly negligent....

For you ear, you might try using some H202 (hydrogen peroxide) drops. It will crackle and pop quite a bit, but they should start drying up pretty quickly. Tweet
