That makes perfect sense and sounds like a great idea. Is your suggestion of skipping the Bentonite and cap. oil in the evening from the book, or something you figured out on your own?
Unfortunately, I'll probably be ordering all my supplements before I get a chance to read the book, so I'm trying to figure this stuff out ahead of time.
Oh, here's another question for you: Do you know if there is really a big difference between the psyllium that is made with only husks, and that made with the seeds as well? They recommend the one with the seeds, saying it scrapes out the intestinal wall better. I'm just wondering if you've tried both and noticed a difference.
