Question about Probiotics and Antifungal/Antibacterials

Hello again,

Here is an important question: Many of the anti-fungal supplements recommended (grapefruit seed extract, oregano oil, peppermint oil, etc.) are also anti-bacterial, which means they kill your good bacteria as well as the yeast. It also means they would likely kill any probiotics you are taking while on the cleanse.

How do people work with this?

Do you take the probiotic daily but at a different time of day to try to replenish anything killed. Or do you go in cycles, not taking them both at the same time.

I ordered a copy of Conquering Yeast Infections, but haven't read it yet, so I'm not sure if this issue is addressed. I think they do recommend a cycle of Grapefruit-Seed-Extract after the Caprylic acid (for maybe up to three months? not sure about this), do they suggest taking probiotics at the same time?

Thanks in advance for any advice.
Kuan
