Wow trapper! Great article!
Really food for thought. Although I still think that Sugar is SOMEWHAT a culprit in cavities. If nothing else, it is pulling out minerals at a higher rate than not eating sugar. And it probably increases the acid in the mouth. I dunno... very sleepy right now!
I think that is the main reason I do take the sips - to kinda rinse the mouth out. I definitely swish with water as soon as I finish my meal. And I've had that habit pretty much my whole life... and guess what, no cavities.
I'll have to come back to that article because it really did have a lot of details I'd like to think on further.
