Well, if I'm dining out, sometimes I'll get the tap water (if that's all they have). But I don't really "drink" it, I just take a few sips when necessary to help swallow the food. I don't even drink half a glass. It's not good to drink with meals, anyway. Sometimes you can bring your own water to your friend's house (depending on who it is). Otherwise I just try to drink as little as possible, drinking more of my own water before and after to make up for it.
