uterine fibroids

hi i am a 46 old woman with small uterine fibroids. i would like to know how to treat them naturally. i have chosen to leave them alone as far as conventional medicine since i really do not believe in conventional medicine and also i am peri menopausal and i know they shrink after menopause in most cases due to loss of estrogen which they feed on. i would appreciate any advice you have to offer. thank you, moonstar.
