Very interesting points.

I need also to reverse the consequences of some bad actions I hava done.
Not on purpose but out of impulsivity.
I have been asking for forgiveness mentally and I have felt I need and go and talk
to the people and say out loud: I am sorry. However, I am Christian and I know that everything else that is left out of my reach is in God's hands. There is no need to hurt people talking more about things that is better to leave in the past. We need also to believe in the power of repentance and the the deep desire of our soul to do good things and reverse the wrong doings. God is all love and forgivness. He heals and deals with love when we reconize what we have done.
