I need help ending a master cleanse. Paleo style

I had been mostly paleo for a year or two. Then I got hooked on chocolate and spun out of control, so I went on The Master Cleanse to clean out my system, and I just think this fast is all wrong for me. I want MEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've learned my lesson, I'll leave the chocolate alone. I swear.
Can any of you tell me how to break this fast properly? I am especially concerned with introducing the right sort of intestinal flora right off the bat. I have good homemade yogurt from raw dairy. Can I eat some to break the fast, or should I work my way up to it? I am a very well stocked cave-consumer. Tropical traditions coconut cream, coconut oil, raw milk, cream, butter, cheese. I have baggies of frozen organic, chicken, turkey, and duck broth/gelatin in my freezer. I have a fridge full of organic fruits and veggies, and grass fed buffalo. And a whole foods right across the street, with a butcher and a seafood guy who know me by name and totally take care of me. Does anyone have any experience with the master cleanse? Or fasting in general? I imagine our paleo ancestors had periods of food unavailability. I doubt if they had to drink oj for 2 days followed by veggie juice for another day or two followed by a little veggie soup for a day or two. Would a lovely salmon, raw and wigglin', really shock their system so much that they'd suffer? I'm willing to transition slowly, but I want to do it towards paleo, not vegan type as the cult like following of the Master-Cleanse insists. They are all very good people, but they are very rigid in their way, which is not nessecarily my way. I'm afraid to talk about my paleo (imperfect paleo as it may be) lifestyle there.
Please advise me...

ps... I'm HUNGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (day 8 MC)
