Creamy soups help me a lot with these cravings!Most fruit are just to high in fructose and tend to make your blood Sugar spike causing you to crave them even more! Coconut butter or oils also relieve these cravings! Substitute good healthy foods for sugery fruits and snack ! Stay away from highly processed bread also! Actually stay away from breads altogether and eat well sooaked grains and rice!
