Thanks Invincible. Good tip. Think I am going to go for the visor but I am torn between the two on offer. Big difference in price but the more expensive one can be turned down so that the light is not too much - I am quite sensitive to light so this might be the better one for me. Hope I can stand the light thats the main worry. I am glad you are seeing benefits so soon and I will definately let you know how I am progressing (British weather agghhrr...) Tweet
