Some questions, friend:

1.) Does it have to be extra virgin olive oil to rub?

2.) Does it have to be extra virgin olive oil to ingest?

3.) If you ingest, can this do enough to not have to rub? (I guess this depends! :))

4.) Can olive oil be cold pressed without being extra virgin?
