Re: MH -- continued
Hi MH,
Well you have my strong atention; it is just that I cannot simply halt everything and do it exactly as you say. What you are saying is against convention -- which is evidence of its validity in my opinion -- and to a degree that requires me to gradually get into the groove you are recommending. I was stunned last night as I finally realized the history of my pety (compared to others who have "real" ailments) chronic conditions. My search has finally arrived to some substantial, common sense understanding. And what you say is truly common sense -- no doubt about that.
Here are my reasons for not being able to act 100% -- I am a student loaned youngster that, quite frankly, doubt I can afford removing and replacing the metal filings. However, it seems several years ago many were removed and only 4 remain. This, of course, still explains the state of my organs and why the liver and kidneys are deficient/dysfunctional.
I will have to research the sitz bath more -- I will do some other cleanses first (as by your recommendation). I think my dry skin may lessen as I do more and more flushes.
I'm not sure about the olive oil as the "conventional thinker" in me wonders how this will create immediate tangible satisfaction as to be able to move and interact comfortably. But maybe I am wrong or maybe I have to sacrifice this need to feel comfortable. Besides for that, I'm not sure how economical it is to rub olive oil or drink 1/4 a cup of cold pressed a day. But damn it all, I'll go for it. But gradually -- as I'm sure you can understand.
Thanks for the candid approach; it is the best way to go in this filthy, talk around the issue, world.
Thanks also to the two other people who have responded. Best wishes to both of you. :)
