I used to have pain at my right hand when I was working. It was stressful environment, and my diet was not good (frozen pizza & restaurant/fast food.) With each click of the mouse, I had pain shooting up from the tip of the finger, through my hand, toward my elbow. It was so bad that I had to become lefthanded for using the mouse. Sometimes, I had pains even when I was not doing anything.

My regular doctor would not look at it because insurance would not cover work related injuries (although she hinted it might be tendonitis), and I never bothered to go the company doctor. Then I was affected by layoff.

Less eating out(due to less income), removing bread from our lifes, eat less refined sugar (almost none), eat more fruits and vegetables, loose weight, eat less(much less), and avoid synthetic chemical and packaged foods. After about 1 year, my hand would not hurt anymore, except when at the times we eat bad, then my hand would feel it afterwards.
