MH, got any ideas on tendon problems?

I've had trigger thumb and carpal tunnel syndrome for many years. Basically got tendons with nodules of scar tissue on them. Allopaths say its permanent and only removed with surgical intervention. Any way to shrink or dissolve these? I've read lots about bone and joint (cartilage) remedies out there but no natural solutions for tendon problems. Any ideas? Will 14 day fast and purer blood help u think? Certain herbs?
