Re: What does the brain really do?

Haribol MH,

I do not know if mild has lecithin in it. But in the vedic scriptures, it is written that if you drink milk as hot as you can stand, it helps to form finer brain tissues to help understand more about spiritual nature.

In fact, the greatest saints, sages, rishis, and so on lived mostly on milk, fruit, nuts, some grain, and some vegetable

Also, the entire creation was built on sound vibration and everything has it's own unique vibrational frequency. Singing God's holy names is great for the ultimate in healing. www.Rosary.org

There is a phenomenal story about a 5 year old boy (Druva Maharaja) who went through serious austerities just to have darshan or be able to see God. www.SrimadBhagavatam.org
