MH, I have a question..

Ok, so you say I do not need to do another flush then since I have been taking lecithin. But, my question is when could I start my fast then? I think I might do one more flush to make sure I am all cleaned (would be my 2nd) and then start the fast? That way incase I see alot more stones I will do a third, but if not I will just begin fasting.

Also, I have only been taking the kidney formula for a week now. If I begin fasting soon is it ok to take the kidney formula for the whole period of the fast? ©†ƒ……•™¼‡_Original_Message_¾€š½ž¢«»¬ï°©
