I take it daily, I use the liquid. I have read about rancid oils, but I myself have never tasted one that I know of. I have used oil salves for years and you can't make one spoil that I am aware of.
Some people don't like soybeans? That is fine, they can drink olive oil or any of the plant fats.
Lecithin has the medical records dating back 60 years and your brain is suppose to be 50% lecithin. Most people think the brain is this incredable device that is the body's director and computer that remembers everything, they would be shocked and would resist learning what the brain the skull actually does for the body.
Choose any plant fat you wish or just eat plent of plants dailt and forget the concentrates.
