Re: A few thoughts & questions, also blood sugar?
thanks for your input! Yes, I've also read that endo is related to congestive liver. (Seems like a lot of ailments are related to it.) I have actually done 8 or 9 flushes and have gotten stones every time - sometimes just a little, other times quite a few, and large! I love those flushes, even though they're hard to get through someimes. I had someone who is sort of medical intuitive tell me that the ovary issue was related to candida, as was my gallbladder/liver stuff, headaches, and a few other things. She seemed to feel I was loaded with the stuff. Also with staph & parasites. Geez. It's a wonder I'm walking around. I think she was right, though.
It took me about a year and a half of reading testimonials on the liver flush to work up the courage to do it, and I was sorry I waited so long when I finally did. I think the same will probably be true for the fasting - the idea of it is probably much worse than the experience of it. My boyfriend is practicing Falun Dafa, a cultivation practice, kind of a high level Qi Gong but with more spiritual emphasis, it's big in China, even though those practitioners are persecuted for it. I've been slowly learning about it and beginning some of the exercises, and a big part of the practice is gradually letting go of human attachments. Food obsession is a big one for me. That and material posessions, pretty things....it all has to go... eventually... the interesting thing is that as a Falun Dafa practitioner, assuming you're truly "practicing" and are on a rightous path, food is kind of inconsequential, you can pretty much "eat anything that fills your stomach," although the spiritually healthy trend is generally away from meat, from the perspective of compassion and purity. I don't know if I'm ready to wrap my brain around the idea that I couuld eat nothing but twinkies every day and thrive. It's a pretty mystical concept....
