Eczema

Hi:

I'm new to CureZone, and am eager to get rid of my eczema. It developed shortly after an allergic reaction (red skin rash) to Neosporin, when I was 'treated' with hydrocortisone. I puffed up like a walrus from the hydrocortisone, and a few months later, started getting skin eruptions (eczema/dermatitis per a dermatologist) on my legs, hands and elbows. I NEVER had dermatitis before that.

Over the years, I've done some cleanses (Master Cleanse, 21 Day Detox, Dr. Richard Schultz's cleanses) and have had allergy treatments (i.e. N.A.E.T). I have managed to banish the eczema from my elbows and most of my legs, but it's still very prominent and stubborn on my hands. I have found that certain foods and stressors do exacerbate the eczema, but I can't stay away from everything, all the time.

I would like any and all advice on alternative treatments, because I do not like the after-effects of using 'betamethasone' (it alters my moods, gives me headaches, affects my lungs and causes me to bloat, among other things). I thank you in advance, and look forward to some words of healing.

Thank you,

Lena
