Re: LIVER CLEANSE RESTORES NORMAL BLOOD PRESSURE
For you folks with BP problems...you may be interested in the use of a healthy salt.
Healthy salts, among other things, will normalize pH, cleanse the system of accumulated "bad" salts & toxins, remove heavy metals, dissolve
kidney stones and uric acid deposits, help remove vascular plaques, normalize BP, retain cellular fluids (rather than lose fluid & having to constantly drink water), regulate kidney function and BP, provide an abundance of minerals, aid digestion, end heartburn, and so much more.
I could not decide on whether to use Celtic
Sea Salt or Original Himalayan Crystal Salt..so after doing some research, i decided on the Himalayan Crystal Salt. Both salts are very fine quality, but i feel the Himalayan salt (from 250 million year old deposits) is in a league of its own and offers so much more than merely 84+ minerals and trace elements. It seems to have effects that cannot be detected by conventional instruments, and i can say my body is certainly noticing the difference. With the Himalayan salt, you can make what is called "SOLE" (pronounced So-Lay) which is a saturated salt water mix of which you take only a teaspoon of with water every morning on an empty stomach. The salt solution seems to provide the body its primal element from whence all 5 body fluids are nourished, allowing the body to fine tune itself and function like a perfectly bathed wet-cell battery.
Be aware that if you ever eat out or buy processed/packaged foods you are taking the risk of taking in more of the "bad" salt that corrupted the body over the years in the first place. Most folks tend to look at bad fats/oils, artificial additives, etc. on the ingredients list...but the salt used is just as, if not more, important. I seriously doubt there are any restaurants (and certainly no processed foods) that use Himalayan Crystal Salt. The negative impact of refined salt (especially with added iodine, anti-caking, and other ingredients) cannot be overstated. Its not the amount, but the type of salt that is the issue. Comparing refined salt to Himalayan Crystal Salt is like comparing apples to cars. The Himalayan salt you can use liberally without ill effects (because any excess or unused portion is easily removed from the body, unlike refined salt).
As an added note...to protect, help repair, strengthen, and unharden vascular/arterial tissue (among other health benefits)..you may consider the use of hemp seed oil to provide your body's EFA requirements. Hemp seed oil seems to provide Omega-3 and Omega-6 in an ideal ratio (an Omega-6/3 ratio of around 3:1 to 3.5:1). I read a lengthy online research article about the potential risks of using fish oil due to the excess of Omega-3. I always believed Omega-3 was the best thing to take..and that was partly right. Omega-3 is very important, but must be balanced by Omega-6. The body needs more Omega-6 than Omega-3 (as evidenced by the needs of the body's main tissues). Fish/cod liver, krill, and shellfish provide an unbalanced amount of EFA's in favor of Omega-3. Flax and other oils also provides too much Omega-3 to Omega-6 (ratio is 1:4 in favor of Omega-3) which may lead to a deficiency of Omega-6. Americans do consume a lot of Omega-6 (in vegetable cooking oils, meat, chicken, veggies, etc.) but these oils are rancid, of poor quality, cooked/heated, or hydrogenated. Therefore most americans, though they are consuming a high level of Omega-6, are not getting any undamaged Omega-6 in their diet...causing more harm than good. Hemp seed oil provides a good Omega-6/3 ratio, the Omega-3 coming in the form of ALA/LA, GLA, and SDA. Hemp seed is more stable than flax oil too..which is really nice! Plus, it's inexpensive, sustainable, organic, and tasty. FYI, i use Nutiva's Organic Hemp Seed Oil (grown in Canada)..about 1 Tablespoon daily with food. It tastes sort of like sesame seeds...a nice light nutty flavor..and is also good on food (not hot).
The Original Himalayan Crystal Salt, along with Hemp Seed Oil and Virgin Coconut Oil are great preventives to illness, and provide a rich source of essential nutrients.
For those with serious illness that needs more immediate attention, you may consider the use of a product called "Ocean Plasma" as an adjunct or replacement to the Himalayan salt. Ocean Plasma is basically sea water derived from a certain depth in the ocean, and specially gathered and handled to ensure it retains all its benefits. Rene Quinton is the pioneer of this sea water therapy in which over 80 years ago he injected it directly into his patients with remarkable results (read about the results on humans and animals, and see the before/after pictures online). Fortunately we can now take it orally with the same, if not better, benefits. It comes in bottles that are either isotonic (same osmotic pressure/concentration) or hypertonic (greater osmotic pressure/concentration). The dosage is somewhere between 20 to 40 ml daily. It is inexpensive and lasts a good while.
Best of Health!
