Did a second liver cleanse yesterday and my blood pressure is back to normal.

My friend got his blood pressure down to the "high-normal" range with his first flush. He plans another in a week or so.

Thanks Hanna for your comments. Didn't know no-flush niacin was good to help high blood pressure.
