I have not been on BP medicine during a cleanse since my first one. But I am sure you could delay them until you are done with the flush. The flush is usually over by 12:00 noon the next day. No food is the rule during the flush and i assume this would include pills.

I have just gone back on BP meds. The Liver Cleansing seemed to work for awhile and just now, about 9 months later, I am going back on. My BP started to creep back up again and additional flushing didn't seem to help it. I am still convinced that high blood pressure is caused by a dirty system somewhere. So I will be doing another Colon Cleanse when I get the time to do it. Some folks also address the kidneys for high blood pressure. But the cleanse for them involves some roots, etc. that I have not yet found locally.

I would encourage your Liver Flushing though. I used to always get sick when exposed to viruses. Haven't been sick in 9 months, even when intentionally exposed.
