Re: Vulvodynia

I still think you would benefit by eating a completely raw diet. It sounds like most of what you are eating is processed food, other than the raw veggies and apples. Hopefully these are organic. Please don't think that I am picking on you, I am only trying to suggest what I think would help you. I cannot imagine the pain you have. A few weeks ago I had some kind of urinary tract infection and I had a few days of misery and aggravation....which is nothing compared to what you have suffered and are now suffering. That is when I really realized how much this soap and other chemicals can aggravate already sensitive areas. Dove is not a good one. I tried it and it aggravated me more. It contains some kind of animal fat I am sure. I been looking on the internet for it's ingredients to post to you. I think it is sodium tallowate. Please click the link at the bottom of this for a list of all ingredients in Dove for sensitive skin.

You need some good oils, such as flax seed oil, olive oil, and coconut oil. You can also get some good oils from raw nuts.

Your body is toxic, as I am sure you already know. I do believe that you will benefit from eating more good foods, doing a series of liver flushes, (which will help you get out the remains of prescriptions drugs) and doing the other cleanses also. parasite cleanse after bowel cleanse. kidney cleanse also at some point.

Are you still taking any prescription drugs? All are toxic to the liver and I think that because of a congested liver you are having these head aches and migranes too. Some times vitamins are not always the best thing to take. It could even be supplements that are also over taxing your liver. Lot of supplements have crap in there that the body cannot use, which is what toxins are, basically. Not saying that they are not some good supplements to use. Just have to read the ingredients and know what you are reading.

I cannot stress enough how much I believe you would benefit from going for a totally raw diet.

The other thing I wanted to ask you about is when this all started was there a major change in your life style. And, did the migranes and the vulvodynia vestibulitis all start at the same time ?

Hang in there and keep us posted. I do hope the acupuncture helps.
