Vulvodynia

Hi. I have been diagnosed with vulvar vestibulitis for over a year now. Just wondering if anyone knew anything that would help, as nothing the dr's have tried has helped. I am starting a Colon Cleanse next week, eventually followed by kidney and liver cleanses. I'm hoping this may help my body get back in balance so that all the other parts of me that are not working properly might have a better chance of healing. Any thoughts? Thanks.
