Hello again - I forgot to mention that I never eat OUT and ALWAYS prepare my own meals from fresh produce and never use prepacked foods from supermarket - any prepacked foods I use, which are limited, are limited to soy based cold cuts, etc.
But now I read that these soy products are a danger to your health. Don't know what to do about this either. I used to eat them quite regularly like a sandwich or franks (made from soy) but have cut down a lot.
What do you think?
