I recently went on birth control and went right back off within 2 weeks of starting, as I was a looney-toon!!!!! I have never experienced depression, but absolutely did as a result of my unbalanced hormones. I turned to a good friend and natual remedy doctor, who highly recommended taking 2 Tbs. of cod liver oil a day to quickly restore balance. That in itself worked immediately for me. I also added Evening Primrose oil in addition, as it also restores balance quickly. I was back to normal in 2 days, after battling Depression for 1 week straight. It truly worked. Please do not consider taking anti-depressants no matter what you do!!!!! I hope this will benefit anyone who happens to be battling an imbalance right now. Blessings to you!!!!!!!
